Select your unit, preferred design package, and estimated delivery date.

Complete the purchase agreement.

Purchases require a 5% escrow deposit of the base purchase price, to be wired to the escrow agent within 3 days of your signed contract and site selection.

Design Package Upgrades require an upfront, non-refundable payment to be wired to the escrow agent within 30 days of the sale contract signing.
